Where asia888 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other indicators — asia888 reserves the right to merge or close such accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. asia888 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Member.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). asia888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its international gaming authority licensing obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by asia888 to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. asia888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your asia888 account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact asia888 support immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party using your credentials with or without your consent.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the asia888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). asia888 does not accept foreign currency deposits; any currency conversion fees incurred prior to funding your account are solely the Member's responsibility.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. asia888 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market on asia888 is governed by its specific rules, which are published within the Platform. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, asia888 reserves the right to declare bets or game results void. asia888 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day, as specified in the Platform's betting rules. asia888 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual Members where unusual betting patterns are detected.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from asia888.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asia888, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
9.2 asia888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your asia888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit asia888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.1 asia888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Upon termination, any pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with standard game rules. Remaining account balances will be returned to the Member subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred that would entitle asia888 to forfeit such funds.
11.3 Members may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting asia888 support at [email protected].
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under asia888's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution body designated under asia888's operating licence. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
